Staff Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

Location:

St. David's Round Rock Medical Center
, Round Rock, Texas.

Under the direct supervision of the Manager and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients in the Rehabilitation department.

• Associate’s degree from a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited nursing program.
• Preferred:
  Current completion or pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or holds an active compact license.
• Full‑time, part‑time, or PRN colleagues with a compact license from a state other than Texas must: apply for a Texas RN license within 60 days of hire; obtain a current Texas RN license within 6 months of application.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross at time of hire.
• Preferred:
  Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) license.

Positions supervised:
None
