In-Home LVN: Senior Wellness & Education; PRN

Com For Care  Home Care - North Austin is seeking a warm, compassionate LVN to support seniors in their homes on a PRN basis. This is not traditional bedside nursing; you will focus on wellness checks, education, safety, and helping clients age in place.

You’ll build relationships with clients and families, coordinate with the care team, and provide fall prevention and home-safety guidance while maintaining accurate visit documentation.
