Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX. seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a MRB Inspector. The MRB Inspector is responsible for tracking and analyzing return trends, supporting data collection, reporting metrics around performance, running MRB inventory reports, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to implement improvements that reduce returns and drive efficiency. This individual will have the ability to think and act independently, making responsible business decisions related to inspection, production, and validation repair.

This is a detail‑oriented, hands‑on role where your work will have direct impact on quality outcomes and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures compliance with established TSS quality policy, company standards, customer requirements, and other applicable external (local, state, and federal)
  • MRB Inspector will be responsible for receiving and confirming defective material
  • Perform database transactions to manage the tracking, receiving, and storing of failed parts
  • Verifies products are processed in alignment with internal and customer‑related standards
  • Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive a forklift
  • Participate in the development of internal documentation (policies, procedures, forms, etc.) and related training
  • Analytical ability to identify data trends and support corrective actions
  • Audits build documentation to ensure compliance with traveler content and operator completion requirement standards
  • Collect standard material data for report development per company requirements
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required by the TSS Quality Manager
  • Ensure compliance with the "Control of Non‑Conforming Material" process
  • Interact with all TSS employees, customers, vendors, and contractors in a manner that is both professional and representative of TSS values
  • Execute additional duties, as required by the TSS Quality Manager, that are not contained within the aforementioned duties and responsibilities
Skills
  • Professional and Effective Communicator
  • Proficient with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to read and comprehend internal and customer specification documentation
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently using logic and reasoning
  • Effective time management
  • Computer system hardware and accessories knowledge (i.e., servers, switches, network cables, etc.)
  • Adaptability to change
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; a degree in a related field, such as an associate's or bachelor's degree, is a plus
  • 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment
  • Attention to detail, organized, and a proactive approach to documentation, planning, and execution
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Punctual with positive attendance history
  • ISO 9001 experience is a plus
