We value gracious hospitality and are building a team that delivers memorable brewhouse experiences. As a Line Cook, you will craft delicious food that connects guests to our signature brewhouse experience. You will serve up and support a dynamic team in a fast‑paced kitchen.

• Set up cook stations and prepare food items following Gold Standard recipes.
• Restock, clean, and maintain cook station items throughout the shift.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and storage areas.

• 18 years of age or over.
• Food handler permit.
• Fast‑paced, collaborative, team‑oriented work style.
• Safe knife handling skills and ability to move around the kitchen.

Competitive pay ($17.00–$20.00 per hour) with Daily Pay option. Team member dining discounts.
