Box Lunch Houston Galleria is searching for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to create an appealing shopping environment, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, processing sales transactions and promoting additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store mapping, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join our team.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
