Bass Pro Shops - 200 Bass Pro Dr [Department Manager] As an Overnight Supervisor at Bass Pro Shops, you'll:
Provide daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store;
Delegate tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and follow up to ensure proper execution;
Maintain visual presentation standards;
Ensure nightly replenishment of sales floor from back stock inventory, as well as new replenishment from the Distribution Centers and direct vendor deliveries.
