The Operations Support Associate supports the day-to-day operations of a retail store through inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also include customer service and sales transactions as business needs require.
Responsibilities- Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, and store transfers.
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
- Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to lift or climb as needed and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and cash-wrap.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
