Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $/yr. Hourly pay + commissions (paid monthly) + bonus opportunity.
Urgently Hiring – Dry Force is seeking Outside Sales Consultants for full‑time positions in Dallas.
This position eliminates cold calling and door‑to‑door sales. Instead, you will receive pre‑qualified hot leads from homeowners who need your help. Our customer service team pre‑screens, pre‑qualifies, and schedules appointments. Dry Force’s signature Outside Sales training program offers three weeks of classroom, role‑play, and field training to launch your career in less than 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by building trust, showing empathy, and explaining Dry Force’s capabilities.
- Evaluate the nature of loss and prepare an accurate scope of work using moisture meters and company‑provided technology.
- Secure work authorization and coach the homeowner through payment options, including cross‑carrier experience.
- Stabilize moisture content by initiating the drying process and setting homeowner expectations.
- Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers.
- Process documentation promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic; enjoy the selling process (3+ years of outside selling experience).
- Excellent rapport‑building skills to establish lasting customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills—interpersonal, written, and presenting.
- Ability to present information to customers one‑on‑one and in small groups.
- Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices, including tablets.
- Valid driver’s license and background/drug test clearance.
- Willingness to work overtime, occasional holidays, and weather‑related surge events.
- Competitive compensation plan including base hourly pay, monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses.
