At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Fitness Sales Associate, your primary role is to help clients achieve their goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with guests and promoting our services.
• Generate and manage leads to set up complimentary demos.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
• Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Lead by example, supporting and guiding teammates daily.
• Track KPIs to monitor studio performance.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals and encouraging add-on sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales, confidently connecting with guests and converting them into members.
• Driven and competitive, with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
• Well-organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
