• Sell products through various selling and hospitality events to educate and inform customers about product features, driving engagement and sales.
• Follow the customer service and hospitality model to connect with customers, building community and driving loyalty.
• Create celebratory atmosphere by participating in store events.
• Engage customers with enthusiasm, share product knowledge, samples, and savings/value information, finding opportunities to surprise and delight them.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer product‑related questions; help customers locate merchandise.
• Review educational materials (story, video, etc.) and experience products before each event.
• Ensure all selling materials—including signage, recipe cards, coupons—are printed and displayed.
• Prepare, stage, execute, and close events, handling product, equipment, supplies, safety/sanitation needs, marketing materials, sample payment, and closing in the scheduling system.
• Prepare products for demonstrations and samplings.
• Review daily sales reports and understand success metrics.

• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in product demonstration (preferred).

• Constantly stand, reach at waist, and grasp.
• Occasionally walk, reach overhead, reach at shoulder, reach at knee, reach at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, stair climb, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, and perform fine motor movements.
• Occasionally be exposed to cold & hot temperatures, loud noise, wet conditions.
• Lift 35 lbs and manage more than 25 lbs.
• Meet time‑based requirements:
  Constantly 5.5+ hrs per 8‑hr day;
  Frequently 2.5‑5.5 hrs;
  Occasionally 0‑2.5 hrs.
