The Door to Door Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Georgetown, TX. This role involves visiting residential neighborhoods, engaging prospective customers at their homes, and presenting Optimum’s internet, mobile, TV, and phone solutions. The representative will explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process, including completing orders and required documentation. Daily responsibilities include prospecting within assigned territories, following up on leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

The role also involves collaborating with team members and managers to refine sales techniques, participate in training, and stay current on product updates and promotions.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear, professional, and persuasive interaction with diverse customers.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate new business, close deals, and consistently meet performance goals.
• Training experience or the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge, sales techniques, and company processes.
• Background in the Beauty Industry or other customer-focused sectors is beneficial for understanding consultative, service-oriented selling.
• Comfort working in a door-to-door environment, with resilience, motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Basic technical aptitude to explain internet, mobile, TV, and phone services in an accessible way.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field across assigned neighborhoods in Georgetown, TX and surrounding areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus.
