What you’ll achieve:
As an OEM Solutions Sales Undergraduate Intern
, you will develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing. Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a tracking process through available sales tools. You will learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solutions.

You Will:
- Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including
- Engage with sales managers and team members to learn selling motions and best practices
- Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethics
- Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence
- Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong assessment, judgement and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Sales or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2027
or May 2028 and ability to join the internship program on June 1, 2027
Desired Requirements
- Marketing or sales experience
- Able to manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrates an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay for this position is $20.60 - $24.20 per hour.
