Sales Development Representative

Farmers Insurance District 36 is seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on connecting with prospective customers, following up with leads, and scheduling sales appointments for our insurance sales team.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing leads.
• Build rapport with potential customers through professional and engaging phone conversations.
• Identify customer interest and schedule sales appointments for insurance representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead activity, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Accept coaching and feedback to continuously improve communication and sales skills.
