• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC chiller systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new chiller systems and components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, specifically with chillers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
