Fire Protection Company seeking Senior Fire Alarm Technician to manage new construction apartments projects installing fire alarm systems. Candidate must have a fire alarm license and 3 years experience installing, programming, and testing fire alarm systems.
Job Duties- Schedule sub-contractors to install wiring into buildings
- Walk the pre-wire after installation to ensure it is installed properly
- Schedule sub-contractors to trim devices in building
- Schedule assistant technicians to install fire alarm panels and devices
- Program fire alarm panels and test
- Install fire alarm panels and power supplies as needed
- Perform inspections with fire marshal
- Fire Alarm License, RAS, or APS
- 3 years experience installing fire alarm systems and managing project
