We’re looking for a Lead Installer to join our Round Rock-based team. This is not just a job—it’s a leadership role with room to grow and a team that will support your success.
🔨What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example with the installation of two (2) garage doors per day, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and on job sites.
- Document all work with notes, photos, and diagrams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Train and support new team members as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services to customers.
- Foster a professional, respectful, and team‑first environment.
- Start your day Monday–Friday at 7:00 AM, working until completion.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience installing residential garage doors.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
- Experience in commercial garage door systems a plus (rolling steel, sectional, fire doors, etc.).
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence with technical problem solving.
- Commitment to safety, following OSHA protocols and company best practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using Service Titan and tablets for work orders and documentation.
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
