Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 Base + Bonuses + Per Diem + Full Benefits + Company Truck.

We’re working with a fast-growing, high-performance commercial roofing contractor tackling complex projects—government facilities, military bases, hospitals, and industrial sites. They’ve built a reputation for trust, grit, and quality.

Urgently hiring a Traveling Superintendent to join their elite field team. You’ll go where needed, leading large-scale roofing projects across multiple states from the front.

This role suits a confident field leader who thrives in motion, commands a crew, and works independently. You’ll be deployed on jobs requiring sharp instincts, strong organization, and quick execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading field operations on commercial roofing projects across multiple states.
• Coordinating labor, materials, and scheduling for efficiency.
• Managing crews and foremen with focus on safety, productivity, and quality.
• Representing the company at site meetings with GCs, engineers, and clients.
• Resolving jobsite issues independently and creatively.
• Maintaining communication with project management while on-site.

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent.
• Expertise in TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings, metal, and hot/cold systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience on complex or secure sites (military, government, hospitals, high-rises).
• OSHA-certified with a safety-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license & U.S. work eligibility.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be away for stretches (location flexible).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
