Rigger

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, possible weekend overtime depending on customer needs

As a Rigger with us, you’ll ensure all loads and equipment are lifted and set properly, always demonstrating a consistent commitment to safety. You’ll uncrate, crate and perform installation and removal of outside rigging assignments as you work as part of a crew or alone to ensure the operations run smoothly.

• Inspect and secure rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Attach and detach loads with all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with all job present personnel.
• Maneuver loads safely through difficult and confined spaces.
• Work collaboratively with other Riggers on the job site.
• Report and escalate all concerns/situations to management immediately.
  • Examine daily and as-needed equipment and tools for the job.
  • Fix, monitor, replace, and report as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date and willing to comply with all safety standards.
• Understand and support the project team.
• Assist with the day-to-day situations in the field.
• Prepare and communicate reports as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned depending on business needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Rigger.
• Material handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured (as needed).
• Math skills for calculating load requirements.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and work extended hours as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED.
