Dry Force is hiring a Mold and Water Restoration Technician for a full‑time position in San Antonio, Texas.

This role offers a base pay range of $16.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but you must be eligible to work in the US
