Our clienthas an immediate need for a Senior .Net superstar to support and direct application development objectives in a leadership capacity.
Job DescriptionPosition
Description:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide software development, guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, design patterns, and tools.
- Designs and develops highly complex technology solutions.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications and unit of software solutions.
- Ensures compliance with technical standards and consistency with long term architecture plans.
- Develop new documentation, process flows, mock-ups, and interface and class model documents.
- Develop documentation standards, procedures and approval hierarchies.
- Provide technical leadership and decision support to less experienced staff.
- Provide quality/development leadership, coach and mentor team members.
- Coordinates and facilitates Agile team activities (Grooming, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
- 5+ years of direct experience with web based Microsoft software development.
- Experience in leading and managing quality deliverables for project(s).
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodology.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross function team.
- Ability to coach and train lower level Programmers.
- Strong experience with .NET development standards and patterns (OOP, N-Tier Architecture, Web Services, MVVM, MVC)
Pay
Compensation is top of the Market.
