. The Junkluggers of Round Rock & Georgetown is hiring ASAP. Luggers are frontline team members and the face of the company to customers. This role involves more than physical labor or driving; you will be the front line of customer service and satisfaction.

• Own a working smartphone (required).
• Be reliable and prompt in showing up when promised; regular transportation needed.

• Hours:
  
  Weekday & Weekend shifts; hours may vary. Designed to be your main focus.
• Lift 50-100 pounds continuously.
• Familiar with driving/navigating through the Central Texas area.
• Sales/Customer Service experience is a plus.

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. Customers may provide tips.

• Valid Driver's License (required).
• 2-3 years of violation-free and accident-free driving.
• CDL not required.
• Complete background checks and drug screen.

You must be friendly, motivated, and able to communicate effectively with customers. You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Bonus if you have experience driving a small truck and moving furniture. For a Driving Position, you must meet all company insurance requirements. CDL not required; a DOT Medical may be required to drive.

You are energetic, well-organized, a creative problem solver, and a goal-oriented team player who enjoys a challenging and fun environment. You’re ready to work hard and gain hands-on business experience, and you strive to provide exceptional customer service.

This is a field and truck-based role (not an office position), with some basic administrative responsibilities.
