KP Staffing is currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented warehouse operations associates for a client operating a firearm and firearm-accessories warehouse in Leander, TX.

This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining an organized and accurate warehouse environment.

$16.00/hour

5 a.m.

- 2 p.m.

Shifts will fall between Monday – Saturday or Tuesday – Sunday

• Pick products accurately according to customer and warehouse orders.

• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.

• Receive and verify incoming shipments.

• Check quantities and product information against receiving documentation.

• Prepare outgoing shipments, labels, and related documentation.

• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all company procedures for handling, storing, receiving, and shipping products.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be comfortable working in afirearm-industry warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend throughout the workday.

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and move packages and boxes.

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, or shipping experience.

• Experience with inventory management or shipping systems.

• Experience working in a regulated or highly detail-oriented environment.
