Devenez un répartiteur d'urgence 911 au Centre de communication santé de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Recevez et triez les appels d'urgence avec professionnalisme et efficacité.
Le Centre d'appels d'urgence de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue recherche un répartiteur d'urgence 911. Dans ce poste à temps plein, vous serez responsable de la gestion des appels d'urgence et de l'acheminement des demandes aux services appropriés. Une formation complète en répartition d'urgence médicale et incendie sera fournie pour assurer votre succès dans ce rôle essentiel.
Principales tâches :
• Répondre aux appels d'urgence du public et des intervenants
• Triage et répartition des appels 911 (ambulance, police, incendie)
• Saisie et consultation des cartes d'appels
• Fournir des directives pour les soins d'urgence
• Appliquer les procédures opérationnelles
Exigences :
• Diplôme d'études secondaires
• Expérience en centre d'appels ou milieu d'urgence (atout)
• Maîtrise du français
