We are seeking a project manager familiar with a consulting engineering environment to lead high‑value projects, deliver client satisfaction, and support BBA’s growth.

• Provide influential leadership to ensure the success of assigned projects.
• Plan, lead and control project delivery in accordance with BBA mandates and client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve technical, financial, schedule, and human resource issues.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure health and safety policies are implemented by qualified personnel training.
• Ensure quality of professional services rendered in line with the quality management system.
• Significantly participate in the firm’s business development and produce proposals.
• Integrate available resources to maximize development of BBA’s skills.
• Select appropriate personnel to control technical risks with department managers.
• Serve as a coach to work teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• Twenty years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing medium to large EPCM and EPC projects in mining or heavy industry sectors
• Experience managing preliminary studies and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• In‑depth knowledge of modern project management methodology
• Efficient time management and decision‑making skills
• Solid negotiation skills
• Advanced level of French and English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and clients outside Québec
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Asset: PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
• Asset: experience with construction sites
• Asset: experience managing international projects
• Asset: experience managing joint‑venture or partnership projects
