Innovation-Focused Mechanical Project Manager

Drive company innovation as a Mechanical Project Manager specializing in engineering and process optimization. You will enhance product quality and efficiency through strategic solutions.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Innovations, responsible for studying and designing improvements in production methods. A successful candidate will leverage 5 years of industry experience to monitor project costs, design prototypes, and validate plans. Your fluency in French and English will facilitate effective communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve company processes through innovative methods

• Manage materials and project cost tracking

• Design 2D tooling and pump prototypes

• Fabricate and test prototypes thoroughly

• Document assembly procedures for mechanical pumps

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering expertise

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Must be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec

• Experienced in AutoCAD and Inventor software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
