In this senior role reporting to the Metallurgy Superintendent, you will play a crucial part in technical support and project development. You will be involved in project assessments, operational support, and research initiatives. Collaborating closely with metallurgists and technicians, you will propose solutions that enhance economic value while mentoring colleagues and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary project meetings and ensure deadlines are met

• Mentor colleagues on metallurgical topics and processes

• Support research and innovation with organizations like Corem and MISA

• Plan and analyze metallurgical tests for decision making

• Prepare project documentation and perform economic analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mining, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years in mineral processing experience

• Experience in process development and multidisciplinary environments

• Strong communication skills in French;
English proficiency required

• Willingness to travel to multiple operational sites
