Position: Engineering Professional Candidate - Mining

In your role as CEP at BBA, you will directly report to the Team Leader for Mining Engineering. Engage in important support mandates for mining operations and comprehensive studies, exploring both open pit and underground projects across Canada and internationally while working closely with seasoned engineers and geologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in open pit optimization and mining design

• Participate in stope optimization and scheduling

• Import and analyze block models for projects

• Collaborate with geology and blast teams

• Write and contribute to study reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering

• At least 2 years of mining operation experience

• Membership with OIQ is required

• Software skills in Minesight and Deswik

• Proficient in English and French for effective collaboration
