The position is a 9‑month contract starting June 22, 2026. With over six years of experience in LMS administration, you will utilize tools like Workday Learning, Power BI, and Excel to manage reports and improve user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee LMS security roles and compliance audits
- Generate analytical reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Document processes, create job aids for user support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning governance
- Troubleshoot access and operational issues in LMS
- Minimum 6 years of LMS administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Service Now or similar platforms
- Authorization to work legally in Canada
Play a key role in advancing training systems through effective analytics and user support in Calgary.
