Automotive Maintenance Supervisor Position

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will monitor all maintenance-related activities, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. You will manage technical records, develop preventative maintenance plans, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize impact on production lines. Your experience in the automotive industry will be crucial for success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical issues

• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules

• Track and report on maintenance costs and downtime

• Maintain documentation related to PM and repairs

• Supervise daily maintenance operations

Requirements:

• Millwright/Electrician certification or Engineering degree

• Minimum 5 years in automotive maintenance, 3 years supervisory

• Solid understanding of ISO standards and PM processes

• Strong communication and operational planning abilities

• Experience with high voltage electrical systems preferred
