Position: PWO Maintenance Supervisor Role
Lead the maintenance team at PWO Canada as a Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time role ensures effective performance of machinery and electrical systems while optimizing production efficiency.

PWO Canada is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities. This position involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical production issues, planning preventative maintenance, and managing daily operations. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will coordinate maintenance efforts to minimize production disruption and track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production problems

• Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Manage maintenance budgets and energy costs

• Maintain documentation for technical records and PM activities

• Direct daily maintenance on production equipment

Requirements:

• Electrician or Millwright certificate or Engineering degree

• 5+ years in automotive production, 3+ years in supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of PM systems and health & safety standards

• Excellent communication and planning skills

• Experience with electrical systems and tooling is a plus
