Elevate healthcare integration as an Integration Engineer specializing in Rhapsody. Drive system performance and reliability in a demanding 24/7 environment.

You will be responsible for administering Rhapsody Integration Engine environments, proactively monitoring and troubleshooting a variety of integrations.

Your role will include supporting production incidents while maintaining clear documentation and coordination with both onshore and offshore support teams. A strong foundation in Java is essential for developing utility scripts and enhancing integration processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Rhapsody Integration Engine configurations

• Monitor and analyze interface performance and troubleshooting metrics

• Support production incidents and root cause analysis efforts

• Coordinate deployment of integration interfaces across environments

• Ensure documentation and operational runbooks are current

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in healthcare integration support

• Hands-on experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine

• Robust Java development experience

• Familiarity with MEDITECH and other healthcare systems

• Proficient in HL7 standards and API protocols
