Role  General Manager to lead and scale a group of digital education businesses.
What You’ll Own  You will work closely with the Founder and existing leadership teams, owning growth trajectory and operational performance.
Define and execute product-led, community-led, and commercially driven growth strategies.
Strengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystem.
Bring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.
Build clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processes.
Drive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial priorities.
Identify and develop synergies across the platforms.
Act as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For   Strong experience in digital products, platforms, marketplaces or user-based businesses.
Solid background in product-led growth, digital marketing, community and retention.
Experience managing P&L, budgets, KPIs and cross-functional teams.
Strong execution skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
Understanding of AI-enabled products and how they can improve learning experiences.
Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships or institutional business development.
Strong people leadership and ability to manage senior, diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills and international exposure.
Fluency in English;
Italian also important.
Availability to work from Turin, with travel when needed.
Nice to Have   Experience in EdTech, online learning or higher education.

Experience with user-generated content platforms or communities.
Exposure to subscription models, digital monetization or marketplace dynamics.
Technical or STEM background.
Experience in regulated or accreditation-driven environments.
