Commercial Roofing Estimator

Prior experience working for Commercial Roofing Contractor is required. Function:
The Commercial Roofing Estimator is responsible for selling, pricing, and negotiating contracts for commercial roof projects in Connecticut and New England area. We are looking for an Experienced and Detail Oriented professional for the output of accurate proposals with a full portfolio of roofing projects and manufactures. This role will attend meetings, review historical data, make labor and material calculations, and prepare bid packages.

Qualifications 5+ years minimum commercial roofing experience Commercial Roofing Estimating experience
- Required Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation Clear written and verbal communication Organization skills Team Oriented, Honest, Ethical and Professional Strong computer skills - utilize estimating software Exceptional Benefits:
