Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and update job notes appropriately
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments
• Computer literacy
• Ability to type 35 wpm
• Ability to sit for long periods of time

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 9 a‑6 p. Training Monday‑Friday 8 a‑5 p. Hiring first week of January 2026.
