The Physical Therapist Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rowlett, TX. This role supports licensed Physical Therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual techniques, and modalities, in accordance with established treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments, assisting with patient education on home programs, and maintaining a safe and organized clinical environment. The Physical Therapist Assistant collaborates with the care team to promote quality patient outcomes and communicates changes in patient status to supervising therapists.

This role also involves reinforcing best practices in spine and sports rehabilitation, supporting clinic workflow, and contributing to a positive, respectful patient experience.

• Demonstrated skills in Physical Therapy support and Rehabilitation techniques, including implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Strong Patient Care focus, including Quality Patient Care delivery, attentive monitoring of patient responses, and effective patient education and guidance.
• Experience or interest in Orthopedics, particularly spine and sports-related conditions, with the ability to assist in targeted therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• Solid documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic health records and scheduling; prior outpatient or sports rehab experience is preferred but not required.
