As a Nurse Practitioner with a primary care focus, you’ll provide exceptional care across all life spans and families in a thriving primary care setting. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive care and best outcomes.

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients across all life stages.
• Develop and implement comprehensive outcomes‑based patient treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and behavior modification.
• Interpret and evaluate laboratory and other diagnostic tests.
• Maintain knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions.
• Utilize computers and related software applications for patient documentation and decision support.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Apply critical thinking and complex problem‑solving skills to clinical situations.
• Adhere to all regulatory, licensing, and scope‑of‑practice requirements.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a primary care Nurse Practitioner.
• Certified primary care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
