Seasonal Commitment InformationFull‑time seasonal weekly requirements are three 12‑hour shifts for the 13‑week contract (excludes 1st week of orientation).
- $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time
- $51 seasonal rate.
- Eligible for shift differentials: $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, and $6 for weekends. (Stackable).
Weekend requirements are the same as regular full time – rotating weekends.
The first week is Monday‑Friday orientation.
Although this is a short term (13 week) assignment, you will be a Baylor employee. The hope is that once the assignment concludes, you may convert to a regular full‑time, part‑time, or PRN role.

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center‑Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX is a community‑based hospital with the benefits of an urban medical center due to the specialties we offer. It serves Rowlett, Forney, Wylie and surrounding areas.
Lake Pointe is licensed for 176 beds which include medical surgical units, ICU, Labor & Delivery, Neonatal ICU, Surgical Services, Cardiac Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and Emergency Department. The hospital has Level III Trauma, Chest Pain Accreditation, Primary Stroke Accreditation, Maternal and Level III NICU. Nursing is pursuing Pathways to Excellence and will seek Magnet designation upon completion.

- Education – Graduate of an accredited program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
- Major – Nursing.
- Experience – 2 Years of Cath Lab RN experience.
- Certification/License/Registration – Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
