Training Manager – McDonald’s Owner‑Operator
McDonald’s Owner‑Operator with multiple restaurants is seeking an energized individual who has a passion for training and developing crew and managers. The Training Manager will be responsible to train, coach and mentor new managers, new crew members and existing management/crew members. The Training Manager will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement the training programs necessary.
They will conduct training at the restaurant and in some classroom settings, and perform the administrative functions for this position. The individual will also listen to NABIT calls/webinars, review new and updated procedures, and deploy the new items/products to all restaurants.
- Train, coach, and mentor new managers, new crew members, and existing management/crew members.
- Identify and monitor training needs within the organization.
- Design, plan, and implement training programs.
- Conduct training at the restaurant and in classroom settings.
- Perform administrative functions related to training.
- Listen to NABIT calls/webinars, review procedures, and deploy new items/products.
- Must be a McDonald’s HU graduate or equivalent.
- A training background or deployment experience in McDonald’s is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and have computer skills.
- Organized and self‑motivated.
- Flexible schedule.
