The Retail Salesperson provides outstanding customer service both in person and via phone, selling automotive services and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include operating as a motivated sales individual, merchandising products, handling transaction procedures efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the visit.

USD 15.50 – 23.20 per hour

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction & loyalty.
• Promote products and services through merchandising, advertising, and promotion.
• Maintain energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaint resolution.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license; must drive company and customer vehicles.
