Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must possess a current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
• New grads are encouraged to apply!

LTC Unit Details

This unit has 60 beds, with an average occupancy of 50 to 53 residents. We care for patients with diagnoses such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and those in need of short‑term rehabilitation. Our primary focus is on geriatrics. Nurses will collaborate closely with the laboratory, rehabilitation, hospice, and psychiatric teams.
