Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential and light commercial plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer systems, and pumps.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as scheduled.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Educate customers on plumbing solutions and preventive maintenance.
• Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools.
• Represent Ted's with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
