Kids Club Manager
Join the team at EōS Fitness as a Kids Club Manager. This role is critical to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children ages one to twelve while supporting our mission to build lifelong fitness enthusiasts.

Responsibilities- Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve.
- Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with hiring and training of Kids Club staff, including Assistant Managers and Associates.
- Schedule staff shifts, monitor child‑to‑staff ratios, and provide adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, communicating efficiently with parents and tracking bookings.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Kids Club Manager to align goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and comply with licensing requirements.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for the Kids Club.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility, including regular area checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies, procedures, and updates.
- Foster positive relationships with club members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support front desk and gym operations during periods when no children are present.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
- A passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for Kids Club hours.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic, and skilled in problem solving, time management, organization, and record‑keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Must pass a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting, move throughout club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Capacity to routinely bend and lift more than 40 lbs.
- Access to and ability to use the company computer system for document preparation, data entry, and report reading.
$15—$15 per hour
