What You'll Get To Do- Work with higher and lower-level teams to develop and mature the AVE architecture content
- Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure they are properly represented in the model
- Collaborate with teammates across disciplines and gain familiarity with all aspects of the Missile
- Develop missile flight systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical)
- Coordinate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts
- Contribute to system requirements development and analysis
- Present at milestone internal and customer reviews leading up to CDR
- Process content through engineering review boards
- Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration
This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03) or Sr Principal Systems Engineer level (T-04).
Principal Systems Engineer- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience (3 years with a Master’s, 1 year with a PhD)
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a Master’s; 4 years with a PhD
- Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time
- 3 years of Systems Engineering experience required
- At least 2 years experience modeling with Cameo Enterprise Architecture or Magic Draw or other architecture modeling tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable spending substantial portion of time using software tools
- 4+ years of Systems engineering experience
- Significant Cameo experience with modeling and governance
- Experience with DoDAF and UPDM or UAF profiles
- Experience using DOORS (IBM Rational)
- Experience with complex system development on large programs
- Experience with flight hardware
- Active SAP Clearance

This position follows a 9/80 schedule, allowing every other Friday off.
Salary ranges:
Primary: $95,300.00 - $;
Secondary: $ - $. Salary offers depend on scope, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply in certain roles.
