Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Technical Project Manager – Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the Sentinel program. The position is located in Roy, Utah

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects across the Systems Engineering and Test organization and Digital Strategy Integration & Cloud Operations.
• Lead Control Account Management and project management functions, ensuring delivery of technical, schedule, cost, and risk objectives.
• Apply EVMS, risk and earned value management, contract actions, and executive briefings.
• Maintain project delivery standards and leverage Atlassian tool suite and Microsoft Office.

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE may be available. The work schedule is 9/80.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• Primary Level: $98,400 – $147,600
• Secondary Level: $122,800 – $184,200

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. Citizenship with a current or active DoD Secret level clearance.
• Minimum 2 years managing EVMS projects.
• ENCRC and CAM certification candidates.
• Strong foundation in EVMS and project delivery.
• Proficiency with Atlassian and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Robust Full Criteria EVMS experience (labor, material, subs, IWOs).
• Risk and opportunity management experience.
• Contract action and vehicle experience.
• Executive briefing experience.
• PMP certification.
• Independent, proactive project ownership and presentation skills.
• Innovative problem‑solving abilities.
