Position’s Duties- Requirement identification, review, and refinement based on knowledge of the program IPTs and customer test objectives, performance objectives, constraints, functional and performance requirements, and measures of effectiveness (MOEs).
- Requirement identification, review, and refinement based on knowledge of the system functions, performance, and interfaces.
- Review requirements against standard quality criteria (i.e., feasible, verifiable, testable, unambiguous).
- Allocate system‑level requirements to system‑level test teams (lab, ground, flight). Update integrated test plans/verification plans to reflect allocation decisions. Coordinate with IPTs, test teams, and the customer to maintain allocation integrity.
- Ensure requirement and test objective traceability to test location/environment.
- Document requirements verification planning. Verification planning will transition into verification execution, which includes development and review of verification artifacts, requirement verification report generation, and management of the approval process.
- Work in a collaborative environment across all system functions and with teammates across diverse disciplines to become intimately familiar with all aspects of the Sentinel Program, missile, and NG process.

Standard work schedule: 9/80 (nine‑hour days Monday‑Thursday, every other Friday off).
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in STEM with minimum 5 years of related experience. 3 years of experience for a master’s degree or 1 year for a PhD.
- US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance, investigation within last 6 years.
- Ability to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances within reasonable time.
- Knowledge of Test Engineering and Test Execution.
- Knowledge of the Systems Engineering process.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem‑solving and Systems Thinking mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work self‑sufficiently.
- Experience working across program organizations to find solutions.
- Excellent decision making and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Test Engineering and Test Execution experience.
- Systems Engineering experience.
- Experience modeling with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
- Experience with complex system development on large programs.
- Experience with flight hardware.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
