You'll Get To Do
- Provide technical contribution and leadership for new component/tool design, requirements definition, design for manufacturing, and refurbishment processes.
- Interact and work daily with the government customer to ensure project expectations are met and schedules are kept.
- Understand USAF processes, procedures, and requirements; develop mechanical integration approaches based on required instructions.
- Perform functional analysis, system‑level analysis, detailed trade studies, and data analytics.
- Manage development to meet program milestones, including managing risk and opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline with 2 years of relevant experience;
Master’s degree with 0 years of experience.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
- 1 year demonstrated experience working with an external customer to meet program expectations in a timely and efficient manner.
- 1 year of DoD program experience that demonstrates leadership, interpersonal skills, and written/verbal communication skills.
- 1 year of experience performing CAD modeling with design tools such as Siemens NX or similar.
- 1 year of experience in Systems Engineering/Life Cycle Design, GD&T, and manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of relevant experience;
Master’s degree with 3 years of experience;
Ph.D. with 1 year of experience.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
- 2 years demonstrated experience working with an external customer to meet program expectations in a timely and efficient manner.
- 1 year of ICBM, Aerospace, or DoD program experience that demonstrates leadership, interpersonal skills, and written/verbal communication skills.
- 2 years of experience performing CAD modeling with design tools such as Siemens NX or similar.
- 1 year of experience in Systems Engineering/Life Cycle Design, GD&T, and manufacturing.
- 2 years of experience in a project lead role.
- 1 year of experience mentoring/leading junior engineers.
- Experience with maintenance and reliability engineering.
- Demonstrated experience using the following tools: ANSYS, MATLAB, or equivalents.
- Teamcenter/CPLM experience.
- Continuous Process Improvement experience.
- Proficiency with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with a government customer.
- Experience managing programs/projects.
- DoD Secret clearance.
Primary Level: $72,100.00 – $
Secondary Level: $89,400.00 – $
