• Answer participants’ questions and concerns and solicit feedback about the class.
• Maintain dependable and consistent class schedule, ensuring accurate start and end times.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.
• Engage and "wow" members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results‑focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

• MUST have a nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification.
