The Role As Construction Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams, design managers and site personnel. Youll assist with documentation, coordination, reporting and communication to ensure projects run efficiently and information is controlled accurately. This role suits someone organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project documentation, drawing registers and document control systems. Support project and design teams with administrative tasks, meeting coordination and information management. Assist with issuing, tracking and filing design information, RFIs, technical queries and change control documentation. Prepare reports, minutes, schedules and project updates as required. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of information.
Support onboarding processes for new projects, including setting up folders, templates and communication channels. Assist with compliance documentation, statutory approvals and project records. Provide general administrative support across the office and project teams. Help maintain organised digital and physical filing systems. Contribute to smooth project delivery through accurate, timely and proactive administration. Requirements Experience working in an administrative role within construction or a related technical environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple disciplines. Competent using Microsoft Office and document management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support wider project functions.
