This role will initially be based in Bradford but were moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, so youll be based there in the future - Hybrid Working (1-2 days in the office a week Bradford/Leeds Work type:

As our SAP Business Analyst, you will:
Lead Business Analysis activities across multiple change initiatives, delivering high-quality requirements specifications for bespoke software, third-party applications, and cloud-based solutions. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, including user interface (UI) designs, data models, business process changes, and system interface specifications. Apply best practice Requirements Engineering techniques, ensuring effective elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Gather and define business requirements using a range of elicitation methods, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and collaborative sessions. Produce and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE business process models, conducting gap analysis to identify improvements and support transition planning. Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout project delivery. Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and meet agreed business requirements.
