The Role As General Foreman, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of civil engineering sites , ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising site operatives and subcontractors Coordinating daily activities and short-term programmes Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with RAMS Maintaining quality standards and productivity on site Supporting the Site Manager with planning and reporting
